What is JobDocs?
JobDocs is Magnolia’s customer portal that gives you real-time visibility into the status of all jobs you have issued to us.
Within the portal, you can easily view and download important job documentation, including job site photos, environmental manifests, invoices, balances owed, and more.
By bringing all of your job information and documentation together in one convenient place, JobDocs helps you stay organized, quickly find the records you need, and keep your projects moving efficiently.

Job Details
Review details for every job you’ve issued to Magnolia Plumbing, including job type, who requested the work, and a summary of the service performed. This allows you to easily track your full service history at each location.
Job Status
Quickly see the status of any job— whether it is scheduled, cancelled, or completed. This makes it easy to keep track of upcoming services and recently finished work.
Direct Job Contact
Each job includes the direct Magnolia contact responsible for that service. If you have questions or need to make changes, you can quickly reach the right person without going through our main line.
